Hands-On Sewing Workshops
Roll up your sleeves and get stitching! Our hands-on sewing workshops are perfect for hens parties, birthdays, team catch-ups, or a creative day out with friends. Spend a few hours together learning something new, having a go, and making something you’ll actually use, with all tools and materials provided.
Our workshops run for a minimum of 3 hours, with two friendly, experienced tutors guiding you along the way. No sewing experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm!
Prices range from $45–$120 per person, depending on the project. You’ll head home proudly carrying something you made yourself. There’s also a fridge onsite if you’d like to bring along snacks or drinks.
What can you make?
Projects range from quick wins like a snap wallet, Christmas decorations sunglass case (3 hours) through to tote bags, assorted baby gifts, zippered pouches (4 hours). Feeling ambitious? You could tackle an apron, a tote bag (4 hours), a bias-cut skirt, bucket hat or oversized hoodie (5 hours), Timings are a guide and may shift a little depending on your group.
A few good-to-knows
Your sewing session takes place during the booked workshop time only. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy inside the space, and we ask that you take any rubbish away with you afterwards. Feel free to bring along any extra bits and bobs you’d like to use to personalise your project.
Want to keep sewing? Extra time can be added at $70 per hour. A cleaning fee may apply, starting from $70.
