Hands-On Sewing Workshops
Roll up your sleeves and get stitching! Our hands-on sewing workshops run for a minimum of 2.5 hours and are all about having a go, learning new skills, and making something you’ll actually use. With two friendly, experienced tutors guiding you along, you don’t need any sewing experience — just bring your enthusiasm.
These workshops are perfect for hens parties, team catch-ups, birthdays, or a creative day out with friends. Prices range from $30–$100 per person depending on the project. We provide all tools and materials, and you’ll head home proudly carrying something you made yourself. There’s also a fridge onsite if you want to bring snacks or drinks along.
What can you make?
Projects range from quick wins like snap wallets (2 hours) through to tote bags, baby bibs, stockings and zippered pouches (around 2.5 hours). Feeling ambitious? You could tackle an apron (3 hours), a bias-cut skirt (4 hours), or go all in with a duffle bag, oversized hoodie, or bucket hat (around 5 hours). Timings are a guide and may shift a little depending on your group.
A few good-to-knows:
Your sewing session takes place during the booked workshop time only. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy inside the space, and we ask that you take any rubbish away with you afterwards. Feel free to bring along any extra bits and bobs you’d like to use to personalise your project.
Want to keep sewing? Extra time can be added at $70 per hour. A cleaning fee may apply, starting from $70.
