Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. All fees are treated as donations and help cover the essential costs of running our courses and events, including materials, tutors, and venue hire. Pricing varies depending on programme length and materials, and all costs are clearly outlined before enrolment.

If cost is a barrier, please get in touch — we aim to keep Sewing for Success accessible wherever possible.

Cancellations by Participants

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person (please notify us in advance).

Cancellations by Sewing for Success
If Sewing for Success needs to cancel or postpone a class, workshop, or event, you will be offered:

  • A transfer to a rescheduled session, or
  • A full refund.
